CEREMONY & RECEPTION Alkira offers exclusive use of a private space with huge views. Sliding doors disappear to connect inside and outside oversize spaces seamlessly and provide options for all weather. Casual lounge, cocktail and dining seating for up to 100 guests overlooking the pool and views of the ocean. lagoon waters, mountains and, in the evening, the stars and the twinkling lights of the popular tourist town of Knysna. Dance into the night to the light of the moon. Maximum event size 100 guests. ACCOMMODATION Alkira Lodge has 6 bedrooms (sleeps max 13) and an additional 3 bedrooms at Shufflers Cottage (sleeps 6) providing accommodation for up to 19 guests on the conservancy. Additional accommodation is available in the local seaside town of Brenton-on-Sea (3 minutes drive) or the main town of Knysna (15 minutes drive away). Add additional nights to spend time with your friends and family, to relax, to connect and to explore the highlights of the Garden Route. FOOD AND DRINKS Alkira offers inclusive packages. For couples who prefer something different, the Alkira wedding team will craft and quote for a bespoke wedding. Alkira can recommend catering companies or bridal couples are welcome to source their own favorite food vendor. FLEXIBILITY Choose an inclusive package or ask the talented Wedding team at Alkira Lodge to create the bespoke wedding of your dreams. The Alkira wedding coordinator will connect bridal couples with all the best vendors and service providers on the Garden Route. Alkira is a 45 minute drive from George and Plettenberg Bay Airports. The town centre of Knysna is a 15 minute drive away for easy access to suppliers and vendors. Exclusions and Additions • Add exclusive use of Alkira Lodge and Shufflers Villa and other local accommodation • Add the Refundable Security Deposit • Additional rate per hour for events extending beyond 12am midnight • All vendors and items not mentioned in the inclusive package are excluded • The Alkira team will recommend and arrange their favorite suppliers for makeup, hair, music and sound, stationary, bridal bouquets and additional flowers, furniture and decor, wedding cakes, transport and absolutely everything a bridal couples may need.
